If you are staging a conference, Lakeside International Hotel has the skill, expertise and experience to help you plan everything down to the last detail. We will then provide every assistance to make sure everything runs perfectly on the day.

At Lakeside International Hotel we have the flexible space and latest technology to ensure your polished professional presentation is well received.

We can accommodate 12 - 120 delegates in the Lakeside International Hotel small to medium sized conference suites and up to 400 in our on-site Canal Suite and 1100 in the Lakeside Country Club.

If you are travelling by road our accessible location is minutes away from the M3 and for your convenience we have on-site parking for over 500 cars.

For those travelling by rail Ash Vale station is close by and has direct trains to London Waterloo station and North Camp has direct trains to Guildford and Reading.

For international delegates travelling by air, Heathrow is about 35 minutes away and Gatwick about an 45 minutes. For delegates travelling by business jet, Farnborough Airport is only minutes away.

If your conference is spread over several days our three on-site hotels with 178 bedrooms can accommodate your delegates. The Lakeside International hotel has 98 rooms, the lakeside Continental Hotel 68 rooms and the Lakeside Lodges 12 rooms.
