Lakeside Health & Fitness Club offers a range of fitness classes for members of all abilities.

Fit ball
This class is using the fit ball to help tone and reshape your body. It also improves posture, balance and core conditioning.
Circuits
This class provides a motivational form of exercise that is suitable for all. A combination of upper and lower body exercises. Circuit training is one of the most generalised ways of working on your fitness and gives you a variety of benefits, including:

Legs, Bums and Tums
This class is a key for everyone. This class aims to work the butt, torso and thigh area of the body including your abdominal muscles. It is combined of lots of fun and exciting moves to tackle those stubborn areas. Variations of equipment are used including fit balls, weights, body bars and dynabands.
