FAQ

As a responsible venue operator, we will be operating in-line with government guidance for the music/performing arts sector.
Government requirements for social distancing were removed in July 2021, so unless specially advised all concerts/shows will be operating at our usual venue capacity. We will ask that you continue to remain considerate and respectful of others when in the venue.
While we cannot legally enforce the wearing of face coverings, we do however, encourage this. There is also a requirement from Government to ask customers not to attend venues if they have COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell).
Hand sanitizer will be available on entering and exiting the venue.
Where possible please download your e ticket to your mobile devise and present on entry to allow for contactless scanning.
Please check the details of the event you wish to attend for the any age restrictions. Parties must be of equal mixed sex and aged 18 years and over. During the darts tournament children under the age of 12 cannot be admitted and those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
General Events – Smart casual, with no trainers or ripped jeans. Darts Tournaments – Dress code is relaxed – Fancy Dress is encouraged!
