Hotel Reservations Policy
Check-in/Out
Check In from 14:00
Check Out by 11:00
Early In are subject to availability and charged at £12.00per hour or part thereof.
Late out are subject to availability and charged at £12.00per hour or part thereof.
Payment – The hotel is cashless.
Please note on check in we will require either full prepayment or a preauthorisation of a debit/credit card. Guests staying for prolonged periods would be required to settle accounts on a weekly basis.
Booking Details
Please ensure that your booking reflects the number of persons staying in the room, the hotel reserves the right to add extra charges should additional person be found to be occupying the room.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is by 12noon the day prior, unless your booking is part of a special event/promotion in which case terms would have been communicated at time of booking.
Deposits
Bookings must be secured by a valid Debit/Credit card at the time of booking and this card would be charged in the event of a no-show. With special events/promotions full prepayment at the time of booking maybe required and terms regarding this would be advised
No-shows
If for any reason you fail to arrive without the required notice, we reserve the right to charge your card for the first nights stay and your remaining reservation will be released.
Groups
Bookings of 10 rooms or more are subject to group Terms & Conditions which will be advised at the enquiry stage.
No Smoking
We enforce a strict no smoking policy within the hotel and any guests found to be smoking within their rooms will be subject to a £100 charge and may also be asked to leave the premises.
This includes – E-cigarettes and Vapes
Parking
Parking for Cars is free as long as you are resident, Vans/larger vehicle subject to the size/weight will be charged a nightly fee. The hotel accepts no responsibility for vehicles parked and the hotel or belongings left within.
Pets
The hotel has a strict no Pets policy with the except of service dogs.
